Ron Hall and Denver Moore’s book “ The same kind of different as me” has to be one of the most heart touching books I have ever read. I was amazed as I saw myself in this book thorough the eyes of Ron Hall and for the most part I was saddened. This book gives an amazing look at the lives and world of the homeless. It shows the attitudes the homeless have for those who have homes and seem to act better than others because of that fact. You cannot read this book and not have it change your worldview and even your life. This is one book that I will recommend to every person I know…and it will show up as a great gift item this year too. I cannot encourage you enough to get this book and read it. Once I started reading it I had a hard time putting it down. The story is so engaging. Both of these men show how the power of God can not only change the individual but has the potential to change the world. Go buy this book today.
