Excuse me can you help me over here??

Shopping can be fun or it can be frustrating. You either have a sales person worrying you to death or you can't find one that has any interest at all. We seem to have that problem as a society as well. Places of business seem to lack the people that really care about the customer or the company. There are school systems that don't have administrators that really care about the faculty or the students for that matter. Every where we turn we see people with little Personal Accountability anymore...I wonder why..I see it in a lot of places, places you would never even imagine. I sat in a meeting the other night and heard someone say, " well we just thought that if you needed something you would tell us..." and continued to say " we didn't know that you were feeling that way..." You know why?? Nobody ASKED!

We have got to get a grip on how to deal with people. I mean what happened to the.."hey have you seen or noticed Joe is not himself? Maybe we should see what is going on?" Now there is an interesting thought...what if we actually engaged Joe? Amazing.

To see this in business is one thing to see it in church is something else. Personal accountability is job number one. We.. whoever we are.. whatever our position or place...we have to take an interest in seeking out and helping others who may be in a difficult place. I have failed at this myself, and now I realize how damaging that can be for the hurting person.

Don't wait for someone else to do it....Personal Accountability says..."What can I do to to help." Lets all try it and see what a difference it makes not only in someone else's life but in our own....I'm ready to go..are you?

Peace.
